On several occasions already, we have shared with you the achievements of the RE:Anime YouTube channel. This channel, which specializes in the production and production of live-action content, has particularly focused on works such as naruto, One-Punch Man or Hunter x Hunter. And for his last video, the channel turned to one of the most famous scenes of naruto and Naruto Shippuden : the massacre of the Uchiha clan.

From episode 86 of naruto, or season 4, the work of Masashi Kishimoto reveals what the massacre of the Uchiha clan may have looked like, as glimpsed by one of its only survivors: Sasuke. The dark side of Naruto’s teammate is then fully explained, his parents, like the rest of his family, having been slaughtered before his eyes. The author of this carnage? Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke’s older brother and role model. A quest for revenge that will follow Sasuke throughout naruto and Naruto: Shippuden, its sequel.
And it is in season 20 of Naruto Shippudenin an episode dubbed “Itachi’s Story – Light and Shadow – Moon Night“that the underside of this massacre is finally revealed. Until then presented as a bloodthirsty killer and an overpowered renegade, Itachi reveals above all his past as a double agent. Which will eventually turn out to be a new facade. A particularly moving episode where, as he prepares to execute them, Itachi talks one last time with his parents. Words of tenderness despite a violent and bloody scene.
It is this particularly famous scene from Naruto Shippuden that the RE:Anime collective wanted to take and transform into live-action. A video to be found just below, which has already generated nearly 62,000 views in just a few days. The comments are unanimous: loyalty is present, although their budget is unfortunately not up to their ambitions.
But with such a result, despite this budget much lower than the productions of streaming platforms and animation studios, RE:Anime will eventually catch the eye of a production company. Either way, that’s all we want.
