From June 2021 was released, up to one episode per week, the series Loki. Tom Hiddleston takes up his cult character of Thor’s brother, the giant who came from the cold: Loki. One more work focusing on the notion of the Multiverse, while the Asgardian wanders through different worlds to escape the Court of Anachronistic Variations. A series that gave birth to cult characters, including that of Alligator Loki.
a new series stamped Marvel
Kang the Conqueror, Sylvie Laufeydottir, Ravonna Renslayer or even Mobius M. Mobius, characters introduced in the Loki series who quickly caught the eye of viewers. Although Kang the Conqueror is only truly introduced in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniahe embodies one of the next antagonists of the MCU. Thanos’ successor will therefore have to prove himself, especially since the bar has been set relatively high.
But in addition to these characters, the Loki series focused on the notion of the Multiverse and its implications. Thus, quickly in the series, the notion of variant was introduced, with relatively speaking examples. Classic Loki, swaggering Loki or child Loki, flesh-and-blood variants that helped our good old Loki solve the mysteries of TVA. Among these new characters, one in particular has caught the attention of spectators: Alligator Loki.
To the delight of reptile lovers, the series wanted to present a variant of Loki in the form of an alligator. A humorous form that made an impression, so much so that Marvel wanted to extend its existence. From this Thursday, March 10, Alligator Loki can boast of owning its own series. A series of comics whose first issue is already available online, right here. “He might be smaller, he might be cuter and… he’s an alligator! But make no mistake, Alligator Loki has the same attributes as his human counterpart and is ready for trouble!” can we read on the page of the comics. Soberly baptized “Alligator Loki”, this new series of comics is signed Alyssa Wong (script), Robert Quinn (drawings), Pete Pantazis (colors). New episodes will be distilled each new Friday, up to one episode per week.
