“I eat healthy, a bit of everything and in small quantities. No sauce or sweets or desserts but salads with good olive oil, grilled vegetables and fish, bread, cheese, chocolate and a glass of champagne or wine from time to time. This summer, I’m going to Rio. I go for a walk along Ipanema Leblon beach every morning. It’s a ritual. Everyone does it there. I put on my shorts, my cap, my bikini top and then I go.”

“My tip? I exercise regularly, summer and winter. For example, I do forty minutes of brisk walking three or four times a week, either on a treadmill or outside. And a bit of classic gymnastics too.
