Lee Jung Jae was revealed across the Atlantic in the series Squid Game streaming on Netflix. The interpreter of Seong Gi-Hun will participate in the 2022 edition of the Cannes Film Festival in order to present his first moviea spy thriller with great potential.

Released in 2021 on Netflix, Squid Game quickly placed itself in the top of the most viewed content on the platform. A few months later, the streaming giant was proud to announce that the South Korean series created by Hwang Dong-hyuk had become the biggest success in the history of the platform. A season 2 of Squid Game was quickly ordered, much to the delight of fans.

For now, the creator has clarified having written only three pages of the screenplay, it is therefore better to be patient before discovering the next episodes on the catalog. If the showrunner is preparing a film in parallel “even more violent” that Squid Game entitled Killing Old People Club, he still revealed some information to get your teeth into regarding this next batch of episodes. We know in particular that “new games” will be presented, and that these two characters from Season 1 will officially be back. Season 2 will also allow us to find Lee Jung-Jae in the skin of Seong Gi-Hun, aka the winner of the games. As for the latter’s brother, a policeman, no one knows if he really died at the end of season 1 of Squid Game.
