In Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Department of Damage Control will reappear to arrest Peter Parker, following Mysterio’s revelations made in London. It is then Agent Foster who will show up at Aunt May’s doorstep to take young Peter Parker to the cell. We will then find him, one last time, during the interrogation of Ned, led by agent Clearly.
