Since Chapter 974, fans of One Piece passionately follow the Battle of Onigashima, which pitted the crews of Kaido and Big Mom against the samurai of Wano Country, allied with the crews of Straw Hat Luffy, Eustass Kidd and Trafalgar Law. Full of twists and turns, this narrative arc will have been rich in cult and pivotal scenessuch as Zoro Roronoa’s use of Kings Haki, Big Mom’s defeat by Kidd and Law, or Ode Kozuki’s past.

After being knocked down a third time by Kaido in Chapter 1043, Luffy has started his transformation into Joy Boy, as indicated by the giant elephant Zunesh. In Chapter 1044, we learn that the Devil Fruit that the captain of the Thousand Sunny swallowed as a child is not a paramecia as we always thought, but a mythical-type Zoan : the fruit of the Human in its Nikka version. Thus, Luffy, aka Joy Boy, has the powers of the Sun God!
