The end of the season of Moon Knight aired on Wednesday, and while this episode revealed some very interesting things for fans, it also raised some important questions about what’s going to happen, in the future, for Marc Spector and Steven Grant. And we very fortunately have new information on the subject to communicate to you.

a final that leaves us in suspense
Previously, during an interview with Deadline, Grant Curtis (the producer of the series) revealed that the fate of the series is currently up in the air. The latter declares:
We don’t know if there will be a next season. Marvel doesn’t follow a conventional path (…).We never discussed a season 2, but one day, there will be an expansionbut I don’t know what it will look like.
The producer of the series therefore already affirmed that Marc and Steven will certainly reappear, one way or another, in the MCU. And the comment from the director of the seriesto discover below, wants to be him too quite reassuring for the fans.

“If you ask me, I’d tell you Moon Knight is here to stay”has explained Mohammad Diab, the director of the series, when asked what would happen to the hero in the MCU. He develops his opinion:
He’s an interesting character. If I were Marvel Studios, I’d think the smartest business decision would be to keep him. The only problem is that Marvel isn’t traditional. If you pass, it doesn’t mean you’ll get a season 2. In fact, I am left in the dark. I’ve no idea. I just think like a businessman right now. But I think they will stay. Maybe it will be a movie. Maybe it will be a trip like what happened with WandaVision. I would like that one day, if there is an expansion, I will be part of it. We finished in a way that feels like a start. You see Marc and Steven becoming a new dynamic, both in one body. We see Jake. You see the Scarab Beetle, which might or might not be a superhero. It’s very interesting.
When the series was launched, the director had already declared On behalf of SFX Magazine :
I can tell you for sure that I see him back for the next 10 years, not just in the next movie. He’s a very interesting character. He’s probably the most interesting character for any actor to play. Oscar does a great job. People are already enjoying it right from the trailer. I think the show will resonate with people, so i see him staying a long time.
