The famous Iron Man just made an amazing sacrifice in one of his recent stories. Tony Stark was indeed obliged, once again, to sacrifice themselves to save the earth. But this time around, that dedication nearly proved fatal for many other heroes in the Marvel Universe, and especially himself. Explanations:
Iron Man’s Sacrifice
In the recent comics Iron Man #18, Tony Stark has just once again made his limitless heroism speak. In this new story, Iron Man was in possession of a cosmic power. But the latter was beginning to corrupt him. With this limitless power, Tony Stark decides to bring certain heroes back to life, only to abandon it. But this abandonment directly made dropping the steel avenger into a deep coma that could prove fatal for him.
Iron Man has taken possession of cosmic power to stop the supervillain Korvac. After defeating Korvac, Iron Man returned to Earth to use this new power to make the world a better place. But quickly, the iron man has been corrupted by his powersand when his friends tried to stop him, some of them died under his wrath, such as War Machine and The Silver Surfer.
A new ending for Iron Man?
Iron Man #18 is a comic book that also allows take stock of the personality of Iron Man. The latter admitted that his superhero career has encountered some hiccups. He does not hesitate to compare yourself to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. The Avenger thus admits that his heroic deeds are often overshadowed by his personal mistakes and flaws.
When Tony Stark gives up his newly acquired cosmic powers, his entire body collapses. Currently, the famous hero is on morphine, between life and death. Would Marvel Comics be teasing the new death of the vigilante? Readers will soon have the answer…
