The saga Fast and Furious is one of the most profitable of all time. Each opus explodes the box office counter with simply mind-blowing scores. A recent theory has just fallen concerning the next part of the license. Apparently, Vin Diesel could meet aliens in Fast and Furious 10. We explain to you.
Fast and Furious : the multi-billion dollar saga
Since the release at all first movie Fast and Furious in 2001the license was granted 8 official sequels and a spin-off. Already 10 movies that Vin Diesel plays big arms behind the wheel of superb cars, and it’s not over. Justin Lin was called back to direct Fast and Furious 10 and 11. Since the start of the saga, actors have joined this great family (Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, etc…) when others have left (the unfortunate death of Paul Walker), but the recipe remains basically the same: intense entertainment that does not require much thought.
In 10 films, the saga Fast and Furious brought in more than $6.6 billion at the box office. Which makes her one of the most profitable of all time.
aliens in Fast and Furious 10 ?
A recent theory has just come out on the net. Indeed, some fans believe that Vin Diesel and co may come into contact with extraterrestrials in Fast and Furious 10. A rather eccentric theory which nevertheless rests its bases on very real indices.
First, the spin-off Hobbs & Shaw brought a new element in the license Fast and Furious : science fiction. Indeed, in David Leitch’s film, the characters of Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson find themselves facing technologically enhanced individuals. The antagonist played by Idris Elba is indeed a kind of ultra powerful cyborg with abilities overdeveloped. Likewise, the big boss of the Brixton organization (Idris Elba) is never physically shown, simply represented by a robotic voice giving orders. Could he be an alien? Moreover, the goal of this antagonist is to exterminate a high percentage of the world’s population to save the human race from its own destruction. A quest that echoes those of many extraterrestrials in other films as obviously Thanos in the MCU.
Then there is, and this is obvious, the space car Fast and Furious 9. In the franchise’s latest installment, Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson) and Tej Parker (Ludacris) build a vehicle capable of space travel and soar to the stars in this car like no other. An obvious connection with the unknown universe, which can open the door to many scriptwriting madnesses such as an encounter with the little green men.
If obviously, this theory is not really based on extremely solid facts, it remains quite amusing. After all, it could be a good way for the license Fast and Furious of change your tone, and go to other horizons. And then, after the tank, the submarine and the space car, we will have to be inventive to go even further in the last two films of the license (well normally).
