Rumor has it Musk is set to testify in the ongoing trial. Depp accused Musk of having an affair with Heard, and the actress named the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX as a potential witness. Besides Musk, actors James Franco and Paul Bettany were also named by the actress as potential witnesses according to The Independent.
Musk and Heard were reportedly spotted hugging on surveillance video from the elevator in Depp’s private penthouse. Allegations against Musk and Heard state that the two allegedly started an affair a month after she married Depp.

Depp’s longtime friend Isaac Baruch testified during the trial that he saw Heard the day after their argument that led to the bruising Heard presented in court. Baruch said there were no marks that proved the domestic abuse allegations the actress denounced. The former couple’s marriage counselor, Dr. Laurel Andersonalso revealed that the actress had initiated physical violence on several occasions in the past.
