Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is the logical continuation in the adventure narutoallowing fans to follow the characters aging and their children in one ninja world now at peace. If the community rather benevolentthis is not the case for all and there are many scams around manga of Masashi Kishimoto

Boruto : watch out for scams!

Series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations has been available in France since 2017 and currently counts 16 volumes. During the adventures of Boruto and his friends, the manga author gave us some of the most touching moments in the entire history of the series, including this one that brought a lot of fans to tears, that we won’t spoilsince they are important enough to be lived during viewing. For the producers of the series, it is also an opportunity to always offer more derivative products, such as new characters in fighting gamesfrom Funko Pop Figures, posters and so many other goodies with imagination -and funding- as the only limit. However, one of them, in addition to being expensive and in the era of time, is at the limit of legality.

In fact, recent years have seen the birth a practice as vague as it is speculative : NFTs, for Non-Fungible Token, objects, artifacts, digital-only designs of which it is possible to buy the exclusive property on the Internet. Except, this practice is not yet regulated and many deviations exist. Clever little guys did not hesitate to exploit the vein, for example, by recovering works by other artists to offer NFTs in their namewhich is no more or less similar to copyright infringement, plagiarism. And unfortunately, famous licenses like naruto and Boruto are no exception to the rule. A point such that the producer of the animated series wanted to dot the i’s and remind fans wishing to obtain such items that there is currently no official NFT naruto :

NFT plagiarism and scam, how to be careful?

The OpenSea platform, one of the largest NFT banks in the world, has revealed that it is actually only 80% plagiarism and spam. A figure which – ironically – could be much higher according to the authors of the survey. For many months, many artists complain about the growing number of thefts of digital works that they produce, in France for example, the draftsman Boulet (Raghnarok, Womok, Notes, Bolshoi Arena) and also known for its digital avatar generator the Bouletmaton warned on Twitter thatan OpenSea user was using his avatar generator to sell NFTs without permission.

The platforms try to guard against this kind of behavior. The platform DeviantArt, for example, has a tool capable of tracking identical stolen works on the Internet and notifying the author.. OpenSea had also announced that it wanted to limit the number of free NFTs that can be published on its service to 50, before backtracking following the outcry of pro-NFTs, very attached to this service. Otherwise, if you want to buy a digital work, we can only advise you to check the origin of it by doing, for example, an image search via the Google Image tool. This is an easy way to verify the source of a work or the first time it was published on the net.
