For those who have not seen it and as a reminder, the story takes place in 2019, after the third world war. The city of Tokyo has totally disappeared, but it is reborn through Neo Tokyo, a totally corrupt megalopolis in which gangs of idle and drug-addicted young bikers roam the city. One night, one of these young people, Tetsuo, has a terrible accident, but the boy is taken away by the army for a dark military project to train people with predispositions to psychic powers, but he manages to escape. He is no longer the same and his friends no longer recognize him, he has become violent and unpredictable.
