While the anime adaptation of Jujutsu Kaisen met with great success, to the point now of being declined in the cinema, it is a brand new very dark work which will soon land on our screens.
The Jujutsu Kaisen Example
The critical success of Shounen Jujutsu Kaisen brought it today even in the dark rooms since Jujutsu Kaisen 0was released on March 16, a few days after a very eventful preview organized on Sunday March 13 by the Grand Rex. If he couldn’t tickle The Batmanthe animated feature film was still able to afford a comfortable place, as evidenced by its $17.6 million at the US box office.
Before going to the cinema, Jujutsu Kaisen has delighted fans on platforms like Crunchyroll (which has now gained a monopoly since the Wakanim catalog was picked up earlier this month), to be seen as one of the best anime of all timenotably thanks to the animation led by the Japanese animation studio MAPPA, as well as by his combat scenes of great nervousness.
A big hit in Japan
In a not-so-distant style, another much-loved shonen in Japan is about to land in anime. It is Ragna Crimson, manga fantasy released in 2017 and from the catalog of Square Enix. This was one of the most important launches of Kana editions (Death NoteNaruto) in the first half of 2019, which is now 9 volumes.
After the success on paper, will it come in anime? Gangan JOKERthe magazine where the shonen is regularly published, has just announced with a tweet thatit will soon be adapted into an anime, the release of which is promised for next year:

For those who do not know the universe of Ragna CrimsonHere is what is depicted in the synopsis of the manga.
Dragon hunters slay their prey with their silver swords in order to receive a reward. Among them is Ragna, a rather weak young man teaming up with Léonica, a genius hunter who can boast of having killed far more dragons than any hunter. Ragna has only one desire: to stay by her side forever.
But, following the appearance of a ruthless enemy, the young man’s wish can never be granted… Only a powerful being can challenge these creatures. To oppose the terrible fate that is looming and change the course of history, Ragna will have no choice but to make a pact with the enemy…!
Lovers of dark fantasy should thus be delighted with this adaptation, which, if it faithfully follows the artistic direction of its source material (for Daiki KOBAYASHI, winner of the Shônen Gangan Prize), success should be there.
