Amber Heard trial: after these accusations, the actress' psychologist is destroyed by Johnny Depp fans

The highly publicized trial opposing Johnny Depp to his ex-girlfriend Amber Heard has been going on for several weeks now. If the defense of the actress has been largely undermined, a psychology expert has multiplied the charges against the former pirate of the Caribbean. Suffice to say that his fans did not really appreciate.

The testimony of a professional who aggravates the case of Johnny Depp

And it goes on and on and on. Well, this is no longer the beginning, okay, okay. But the fact remains that more than three weeks after starting, the trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues to fascinate the crowds. On the one hand, those who hope to finally discover the truth about this long-standing affair and, on the other, the supporters of the 58-year-old actor, who hope to see his honor washed. For her part, the actress seems to be less and less supported. And for good reason, his defense seems to have literally crumbled over the days.

But all is not lost for the actress, as evidenced – literally – Dawn Hughes, an expert in psychology called to the stand this Tuesday, May 3, 2022. She indicates that she conducted four tests with Amber Heard, following which she was able to establish a “definitive diagnosis”: the young woman would suffer of post-traumatic stress due to “violence of his partner in this relationship”, either it’s about “physically abusive behavior”or “acts of sexual violence”. This testimony from a psychology professional has therefore further aggravated the charges against the actor.

Johnny Depp fans react

To express their displeasure, some Johnny Depp fans went beyond insults and other invectives towards Dawn Hughes, who recounted several acts of violence allegedly shown by the actor:He pushed, shoved, slapped her with his back and the palm of his hand […] He strangled her, pushed her against a wall, pushed her and she fell. He kicked her in the back”. However, it turns out that the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) suffered by Amber Heard following this type of event would be “greatly exaggerated”according to Shannon Curry, another psychology expert heard a few days ago.

Two diametrically opposed testimonies, therefore, but the people who support the actor did not wait long before taking sides: many of them have indeed visited the site WebMD.com, which contains information on health and healthcare, as well as profiles of healthcare professionals. Among these profiles, that of psychology expert Dawn Hughes, victim of a “review bombing” massive since yesterday. This is a common practice among players in the video game industry, aimed at crystallizing general dissatisfaction by “bombarding” a page with bad reviews. On WebMD.com, we could therefore read numerous comments emphasizing that Hughes is “sexist”that she “don’t like men” or that she is not “unprofessional”before the site removed these notices.

Let us remember all the same that whatever one thinks of the case, doing so is not the solution and it will not help Johnny Depp.
