Chapter 411 of One Piece, Nami vs Kalifaremained in the memory of all fans of One Pieceand it is in this capacity of “marking chapter” that it was the subject of a cover, produced by the famous mangaka Boichi. Unfortunately, the rendering is not to everyone’s taste, as you will see.
Boichi’s works
Boichi is the artist name of Mujik Park, a South Korean mangaka living in Japan. He is mainly known for being the author and designer of the manga Sun Ken Rock and the manga artist Dr Stone. The fans of One Piece also know him for having been at the origin of One Piece: Ace’s Storyand for participating in the Comic Cover Project (a project that allows several mangakas to redraw particularly significant chapters of One Piece) only a few years ago, by making a cover of chapters 51 and 52 of One Piece. The cover, comprising 46 pages, was then centered on Zoro, and was called Roronoa Zoro: Umi ni Chiru (Falls Into the Ocean).
From now on, Boichi is back to draw female charactersand more precisely to give its own version of the fight of Nami and Kalifa in One Piece, and the rendering is not necessarily to the taste of all fans. We let you judge the boards in question which are already available on the internet :
