Here are 20 minutes of intense Core exercises using bodyweight only. This is a complete and total workout that will get you ripped, toned, and stretched fast and safely. Try this 3-times-per-week with at least a day of rest in between. If you are still sore after a day – take another day. Don’t do it when your muscles are still sore. This workout compliments your weight training perfectly!
Enjoy and always use control when exercising. If something is feeling strained or awkward modify or just take a break. Listen to your body!
