Here are 20 minutes of intense Core exercises using bodyweight only. This is a complete and total workout that will get you ripped, toned, and stretched fast and safely. Try this 3-times-per-week with at least a day of rest in between. If you are still sore after a day – take another day. Don’t do it when your muscles are still sore. This workout compliments your weight training perfectly!
Enjoy and always use control when exercising. If something is feeling strained or awkward modify or just take a break. Listen to your body!

  1. i have been doing a less intense workout and i have been a little disappointed with results,if i do this along with 45 min weight lifting exercises daily ,will i see results in ,lets say ,3 months?i eat really healthy with emphasis on protein,i would really appreciate it if i got an answer,i lost 120 points so now i am trying to tighten up and finally be done with it:0,i would love a confidence boost.

  2. Hey Sean, Still loving this workout!!! I still can't do the roll up into boat without sticking my feet under the couch to allow me to lift up. Any tips on improving/strengthening this deep part of my inner core?

  4. Thank you! Ive been looking for a killer ab workout and have finally found one. Ive been doing a childish ab workout for the past 3 months and i have gone from little to no abs to a solid 4 pack but this workout is definitely going to skyrocket my progression to get the abs i want, Thank you!

I was looking for a 20' workout to incorporate into my triathlon training schedule, I have NEVER done anything for core and everybody was saying I have to go through this….well, I can run an Ironman but I can't complete 50% of this workout. I think I have found my personal winter challenge, 2 tmes fer week until I can do that like you Sean. Great stuff. Can't wait for the second round !!

  6. I love doing excercises and this is my favorite excercise video since 4 years…but these excercises are too easy for me today . Now I am looking for some more challenging workout.

    Sean I am also an MMA fighter,is there any specific video of urs which will benefit me in this sports specially?
