  1. although I run at least three times a week, the exercise was really exhausting.
    At first I was like I will be so easy ab, after the first 10 minutes I wanted to stopped but then I was able to finish it.
    I feel so proud of myself.
    Now then I can enjoy my apple cinnamon oatmeal without feeling guilty :-D

  2. This has to be one of my absolute favorite fitness blender videos ever! It's the first time I ever made it through one of the workouts without stopping at all!!

  3. Last March I was 241 pounds when I came across this video, I was at a point in my life where I wanted change and was determined to get it. My schedule consisted of doing this exercise 4 days a week and doing a 15min abs exercise on FitnessBlender's channel 3 times a week. With the addition of calorie counting and eating healthier (still rewarded myself with snacks every so often) I was able to lose 72 pounds in little over 3 months. After my huge weight loss I stopped using these videos because of the many outdoor activities I was doing in the summer as exercise (camp consoler). Now that it has been cold outside for the last few months I have decided to come back to my FitnessBlender workouts to help me on my journey to a healthier me.

  4. Damn near 300 lbs and I'm 5'9 BUT I made it to 9.22 going to do this twice a day once in the morning and at night for the next month or two maybe and hopefully I see some results in the next weeks just with small goals to last until 20 mins long along with eating cleaner. Wish me luck. If your bigger DO NOT let this discourage you!!!!
