  3. I woke up this morning craving sweets and my dad bought 3 packets of chocolate yesterday to I ate 5 pieces :(((( it was the first time to ever do this stupid move….I have been following a healthy diet for the past 3 years and I just ruined it all….great

  4. I couldn't get the scissor kicks done properly: I had to do pulses/knee kicks (?) because my legs were feeling quite week and sore. I feel guilty. I always struggle with scissor kicks. Any advice, please??? Thanks!

  7. Great workout! I was a little nervous starting but was able to make it through without pausing once! I've noticed a huge difference since starting your HIIT workouts, love your workouts!!! :)

  8. This, for me, was the hardest 1000 calorie workout so far. I prefer the newer ones when we do the abs component before the strength. I just found that I couldn't keep my legs as straight as I would normally be able to and so many of the ab exercises seemed to be based on that. Still…workout complete!!!! :)
