Technically, yes it is possible. The easiest way is to use the Necron warp null fields and cover the entire galaxy in a warp blank zone. This would effectively kill the Daemons/Chaos gods, as they would no longer be able to enter the “real” world, or draw sustenance from it, and eventually they would die out.
