Rhyl is a very popular holiday resort on the North Coast, by the mouth of the river Clwyd. It is famous as “Sunny Rhyl” and its title is apt as it has a lot of sunny days a year. The town can be reached from Chester by train in 40 minutes and from London in 4 hours.
