Flash: New arrest for Ezra Miller in Hawaii

It seems to be becoming a habit for Ezra Miller, the actor who plays Flash in the DCEU or in the franchise of Fantastic Beasts. Indeed, only a few weeks after his first arrest, the actor was arrested again by the police in Hawaii.

2 arrests in less than a month

And it continues ! At the end of March, we learned that a police patrol had intervened in a bar on Silva Street following overflows caused by a man. Law enforcement then identified Ezra Miller as the one responsible for the unrest.. Indeed, he would have started shout obscenities while a young woman was doing karaoke. He then grabbed the microphone and also pounced on a man who was playing darts. In the end, the actor was charged with two counts, disturbing public order and harassment. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Today, it is the local press which teaches us that Miller again stood out for second-degree assault still on the island of Hawaii, just hours before his court appearance for the previous case. The actor who plays Credence in Fantastic Beasts was therefore arrested by the police. At this time, we do not know exactly what happened.

A behavior that could jeopardize his career?

So it’s starting to get a lot of negative publicity around the actor. Following the incident in the karaoke bar, rumors said that Warner had asked the question of the future of Miller in his future films. We learned that the studio wanted to put all of its projects on hold. However, the information denied this decision at the beginning of the month.

Still, this new case is not likely to fix things for Ezra Miller. Will he be showing The Flash, who is scheduled for June 21, 2023? Won’t Warner decide to review its casting as it did with Johnny Depp by replacing him with Mads Mikkelsen to play Grindelwald? Let’s wait to see if sanctions and decisions will be taken in the days or weeks to come.
