Obviously, the universe of comics is a special place. Indeed, it sometimes happens that characters who have nothing to do with each other cross paths in the pages of comics. This is for example the case of Batman and the Xenomorphs, the famous extraterrestrials of the universe ofAlien. In 1997, for example, the comics Batman / Alien I offered readers a crazy crossover.

Faced with the success of the films Alien, 20th Century Fox has decided to embark on the creation of comics derived from the universe created by Ridley Scott in 1979. Thus, many comics Alien have emerged over the years. And as often in the field of comics, the authors wanted to offer fans new crossovers. Among these more or less cult encounters, we can cite Batman/Alien II released in 2002. Written and drawn by Ian Edginton and Staz Johnson, it is a sequel to the original eponymous miniseries, released 5 years ago. In this story, workers accidentally free a White xenomorph locked in an underground laboratory since 1927. The Xenomorph then sets out to serve on the streets of Gotham before heading to Arkham Asylum.
After subduing the Xenomorph with an ice gun from Mr. Freeze, Batman is captured by a mad scientist, who used the alien to create hybrids of all kinds. He thus mixed the DNA of the Xenomorph with the worst villains of the Batman universe like Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy, Killer Croc, or again of course the Joker.
When the Joker meets the Xenomorph
The Dark Knight therefore finds himself forced to fight perhaps the worst iteration of the Joker.
