A feeling that was confirmed when MAPPA announced that Part 2 of Season 4 will end with Chapter 130 of the manga..

However, today we learn that the end of The attack of the Titans will not take the form of a film, but of a part 3. The news was announced by MAPPA, in a fifteen-second teaser.
The attack of the Titans will therefore return in 2023; this part 3 will adapt manga chapters 131 to 139. If MAPPA has not given for the exit window time, we can nevertheless expect broadcast from the first quarter of 2023. It is recalled that the first part was broadcast between December 7, 2020 and March 29, 2021, the second part between January 10, 2022 and April 4, 2022.
