  1. I'm looking for a lower body workout, for like the thighs and legs, that only slims you down and NOT build muscles. Many people I know tried doing some lower body exercises which only made them bigger! Is this video good for what I'm looking for?

  2. this workout really works.. i did this for 4-5 days in a week for 1 month and i managed
    to lose 4 kgs of body fat and have seen some improvement in my lower body with this workout .. thnq Anna :)

  3. Anna and girls energy is great, i am loving this workout and by far this is my favourite video for thighs, i do this as warmup and my legs are toned a lot after doing this workout regularly, if this workout is combined with inner thigh challenge, it would definetly get you effective results.

  4. I died. It only took me 7 minutes and 51 seconds to catch up before I stopped. Now, my legs feel tight and tired at the same time. If only I can endure this longer… D:
