  7. I am a fitness instructor who teaches Aqua Fit classes. One of the things we tell our students is that when you're jumping, jogging, hopping up and down is that you land with your feet flat on the ground. Notice she is on her "toes". This could cause injuries to your lower calves, shin splints, etc. Most of all take your time and make sure you're landing correctly. Warm up with light jogging, jumping jacks, and some stretching for your arms and legs, again to prevent injury. Have fun!
