  1. I love it! Just what I've been looking for…i can exercise in the pool often without worrying of too much chlorine in my hair–I don't get my hair wet in this exercise
    Thank you!

  2. I love her enthusiasm! When I do the invisible hurdle jumping reps with my legs together, I look like a seahorse. To the male commenter who's worried about looking utterly ridiculous in the pool, I challenge you to beat me at that 🙂

  3. I am training for a half marathon in April, three months away. Will I have an extra benefit by doing water aerobics? And will be significant enough to be worth the time, money, effort, and the awkward feeling of being a man doing a mainly's women's thing?

  4. Thanks for the videos, really help me to utilize my gym membership, instead of being on the workout floor, now I can get in the pool, and work out! mix up a little bit, so they aren't so boring. Greetings from the sunny south!

  5. My coworkers laughed when I told them I would burn fat with "Crankmax fat loss", but then they saw the results. Do a search on google for "Crankmax fat loss" to see their reaction. (It was epic!)

  6. Pool workouts are a great alternative to running or other cardio workouts because they don't put as much stress on the joints.

If any of your viewers have joint pain that makes it difficult to get on the floor they should visit us at The AbStand.

  7. I am a fitness instructor who teaches Aqua Fit classes. One of the things we tell our students is that when you're jumping, jogging, hopping up and down is that you land with your feet flat on the ground. Notice she is on her "toes". This could cause injuries to your lower calves, shin splints, etc. Most of all take your time and make sure you're landing correctly. Warm up with light jogging, jumping jacks, and some stretching for your arms and legs, again to prevent injury. Have fun!
