  1. question. I am not in need of losing weight too quickly but wants to use this exercise to change my lifestyle . can I just divide the video approximately 10mins 3x a day? I tried pushing myself for first day but because I lived a very Very sedentary lifestyle, I feel like passing out. thanks

  2. First day! I did Ripped in 30 before but it was hard (I'm a total beginner and I stopped after the last 4 days of week 4 because I couldn't do any circuit very well).
    I'm happy with this first day of 30 Shred because it pushes me but not as hard as in Ri30. I feel better here (although I have to take mini break to drink water and can't always do an exercise up until the end, but hey it's day one I need to learn the moves 😀 )
    – I'm 5'6 with 152lb (69 kg)

  3. Just started this yesterday. I kept looking for comments of other women who have done this to see their progress and if it really works and if they changed their diet. Ill update how much weight I've lost to show other women how well this works. Also I'm not changing my diet. :)

  4. First day in! Wish me luck guys! I completed this before and the results were amazing! After I had my first child I gained 30 pounds so now I'm trying to get back down to 130. Goal is 120. I'm a 5ft2 160lbs momma here! Motherhood and Wifehood is not an easy road but like jillian says be DILIGENT!

  5. hello there! I recently had a baby girl and I weigh 75 kgs with height 5 feet 2", I am breastfeeding and from a few weeks trying to take a 1000 calorie per day with 2.5 litres of water. I'm beginning to experience that my clothes are loosening but im not loosing weight!!!! im kinda stuck and feel do depressed!! what should I do plz help? ??

  6. Jus started this yesterday, 33yo, 5'8", 208lbs. I managed to make it through the first time, but it was hard! If I felt overwhelmed I just didn't do as many reps for each section and rested a bit, drank water and waited until the next section began. I think that's easier than trying to power through it and then stopping half way. Sure sweated like a pig, though! Was a little sore today but did the second day just now and it was easier (especially the cardio part) and I managed to make it through with 1-2 more reps on the hard parts than yesterday. The moves seem to get easier towards the end of the workout when you're really warmed up and on a roll. I don't have any weights right now but did the strength parts without them anyway (until I can get some). Not as effective but you still get those moves in. It goes by faster than you think it would, before you know it, it's over.

  7. I just finished this almost effortlessly and I am drenched in sweat! For anyone who is struggling with this, I have a great tip for you: Mute the video and turn on the subtitles. Listen to some REALLY upbeat music on your phone with headphones. I mean SUPER UP BEAT (example: Bang Bang Bang by BigBang or most KPOP songs lol). It will make the work out go by SUPER quickly and trust me, it will be more fun and you'll push yourself because of the Music. I tried this for the first time tonight and it works so well! And you still get Jillians motivation on the captions :)

  8. I have a question for Jillian. Because of an injury I am unable to lift my head without supporting it with my hands, but many of your exercises involve lifting ur head and placing your hands else where, how can I do these?

  9. I do crossfit and I'm not the best at it. Two years ago, I did Shred and my results were amazing. I'm strengthening in crossfit, but no toning at all. I had my fourth csection 8 mths ago and I am ready to shred my muffin top. I struggled through Day 1 with 8lb weights. I'll try with five lb weights tomorrow and see how it goes. I hope to be able to stick it through because I know I'll get results.

  10. To do list: Buy weights so I don't feel like an idiot using water bottles or cleaning products as substitute. =P
    I've found that I really am very picky about my workouts ad Jillian always delivers. Can't wait to get toned!
