    I saw this one chick do cable curls with her ass all the way out, I know what it's doing for my biceps but what is it doing for yours?

To be honest unless your an olympic level lifter, or lift to earn money, why would you pay somebody to tell you how to eat ? you either cut calories to loss or increese to gain, what more does anybody need to know outside that ? Renaissance sounds like a con that noobs fall for when there either over weight or cant gain and wont do there own reading

  3. That's called a Jefferson Curl. Really common in men's gymnastics training. Some coaches have people work up to sets of 5-10 with bodyweight. I stopped much lighter than that, but it makes my back feel great when I do it a few times a week.

    Great video and my condolences on Ryan's untimely demise.
