  1. Hi, I have never tried to gain muscles and it is my first time. Should I be doing those phases at once or after I will get used to one phase I should move to another?

  2. Am 14 and i do this and holy crap my chest is getting bigger each week not alot but i can see changed at start its really hard but dont give up :)

  3. for those that feel it more in their triceps it's because your chest is strong than your biceps try flexing your chest and doing the exercise

  4. I tried going from lwl 1 to lwl 2 when lwl 1 became easy, but that didn't work fer me. I recommend going from lwl 1 to lwl 1 doing proper ( non knee) push ups, then go to lwl 2.

  5. 4 months now and my triceps are really big, it focus more on the triceps, shoulder and lower pec but less on the upper chess. My lower pec has increase a lot and i like this exercise

  6. i think this is way too heavy workout for a beginner; I am one and had to ease these different ways.. but i'm going to keep doing this, not going to give up!

  7. I am 14 years old , 1.63m and 42kg
I am doing the Chest workout and the Abs workout ( 1 night the abs and the next night the chest )
    Is it okay ?
By the way , on the Knee on bench on the last 10 it's really hard , I almost fall because my arms are dying.
