  4. This is a really good workout. I always thought that without running you can't sweat much but the exercises in this workout are fantastic at building up a sweat. I didn't make it through all of the exercises but here's to making it tomorrow. Pretty easy to understand how to do the exercises as well and find what works best for you/what you can handle. Thanks for the video! I'm going to try to do this on the days I can't make it to the gym.

This is everything I could ever ask for: challenging & interesting enough for me to finish, no equipments required, cardio + ab exercises combined… I've tried & switched up so many cardio routines but this is the one I'm happy with! Happy to do this together with a more ab focused session every other day :D

I have a question though, – a good friend of mine has problems with her knee's, so do you have any videos which don't put preasure on knee's? and focus on all other area's? Probably a difficult ask but as I was taught – there is never any harm in asking!!:)
